Deposit
Policy
During high season
and holidays ( November 15th - May 15th) a
50% deposit payment is requested to confirm your
reservations at Miraflores Lodge. The balance is to be paid three
weeks prior to date of arrival.
During
Green Season except Holidays ( May
16th-November 14th) a 25% deposit is required to confirm
reservations, with the exception of Holidays. The
balance may be paid on arrival at the Lodge .

Payment Options
Miraflores
Lodge accepts payment by several secure means: our
reservations may be paid through PayPal
using the link below. PayPal accepts payment
through a secure internet service. (Payments are
made to "") With a PayPal account you may
pay on line with any major credit card. To make it simple you
may chose to make full payment at this time with this
service.
Another
payment option is to send a bank wire (transfer) to
our bank or mail an international bank check to
our post office box address.

After
your reservation is made you will receive an email
with options for making the requested deposit.

Please
present a copy of your payment on arrival. Your balance
payment of your reservations and other charges during
your stay at Miraflores Lodge may be paid with
Credit Cards: Visa, Master & Am Express Travelers checks
in US $ , cash payments in US $, Euro and Colones .
Sales
taxes of 13% and Tourism tax of 3% will be charged
with these payments. Credit Card charges add an
additional 7% .
During
high season and holidays cancellation is accepted up to three
weeks prior to date of arrival with a full payment return
less 10% for service charges.
If
cancellation is made 20-14 days prior to arrival date we return
2/3 of the reservation payment.. If cancellation is made 14 - 7
days prior to arrival date we return 1/3 of the reservation
payment. Unfortunately we cannot return your payment if
cancellation is made 7 days or less from the reservation arrival
date.
We
will , however, honor your desire to stay at Miraflores Lodge
and will offer you credit for your future reservations.
During
green season, reservation cancellation up to
3 days before arrival will be recognized with a rebate of
payment less 10% for service charges. |
