I am flexible as to the components of the properties. Below I will
explain how some of the areas have been used. The areas of the Lodge
properties have been divided into 3 individual properties with

The gardens to the other side of the pond have plantings
which are suffering from too much shade. Different varieties of
Exotic Banana, Ginger, Heliconias and tropical fruit trees are
throughout the property. Hundreds of trees have been planted along
the property line. Some are fruiting for the monkeys and sloths and
some for our human consumption...if we race to harvest them before
